How to Delete Your SimuApp Account

Open SimuApp

Launch the SimuApp mobile application on your device.

Access Settings Page

Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the profile icon or menu button in the app.

Find Account Removal Option

Click the Account Removal option to open the account removal page.

Select Data Types

Select the data type you want to delete.

Confirm Deletion

Read the deletion terms carefully and confirm your request by entering your password or using biometric authentication.

Request Account Deletion

Click the Request Deletion button to send your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

✅ Immediately Deleted

  • Personal profile information
  • User-generated content (videos, posts)
  • Chat messages and conversations
  • Contact lists and connections
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Payment information
  • Earnings history and balance

⚠️ Retained for Legal Compliance

  • Transaction records (7 years)
  • Tax-related information (7 years)
  • Legal dispute records (if applicable)
  • Fraud prevention data (2 years)

Data Retention Period

Most data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. However, certain information may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes:

  • Financial records: 7 years (tax compliance)
  • Fraud prevention data: 2 years (security purposes)
  • Legal records: Duration of any ongoing legal proceedings

After these retention periods expire, all remaining data will be permanently deleted.
